Overview

In the Practice > Offices section, you can configure up to three office locations as part of your AcuBliss subscription. This section allows you to customize the display of your office names and include additional information for your patients, ensuring that they can easily identify and find your offices when booking online.

Key Features:

  • Office Name:

    • The "Name" field is crucial as it appears in the patient portal when patients book appointments. It is recommended to use the name of the city where the office is located for clarity.

  • Patient Information:

    • Add "Notes" or "Directions" to your office location that will be displayed on the Patient Information page. This can include helpful information about parking, office hours, or specific directions for patients.

  • Resources:

    • Add resources to control certain services, example of resources would be, Chairs for a Class or Sauna for the number of spots available at a Sauna. Resources will take part on the scheduling.

With these details, you can ensure your office locations are easily accessible and clear to your patients when scheduling their appointments.
