Overview
You can create and manage services that don't require a practitioner, such as saunas or similar offerings. These services can be customized with resource limits and work hours, making them visible and bookable directly from the patient portal.

Steps to Create Non-Practitioner Services
Access Service Settings:
Go to Settings > Practice > Services.
Click Create New Service.
Mark as Non-Practitioner:
Check the box labeled "This service does not require a practitioner".
Limit Concurrent Appointments:
Add resources to the service to set a limit on how many concurrent appointments are allowed.
For example, if only two sauna units are available, set the resource limit to 2.
Set Work Hours:
Go to your schedule and assign work hours to the service.
Patients will only be able to book during these designated times.
Visibility in Patient Portal
Non-practitioner services appear prominently in the patient portal.
These services can be booked directly by patients without selecting a practitioner, increasing accessibility and visibility.
