The Practice > General section is essential for configuring your practice details, ensuring that your branding and contact information appear on all patient-facing documents like invoices, superbills, and medical records. You can also personalize your Patient Portal with a welcome message and downloadable documents for easy patient access.

Key Features:

  • Practice Information:

    • Enter your practice name, email, website, and logo.

  • Handouts, header and footer:

    • Configure the "Patient forms, header, and footer" so that your logo and contact information appear on all forms.

  • QR Code for Booking page:

    • Get your patients to self-check in with the QR Code feature.

    • Set your Staff timeout session time.

  • Add to your website:

    • Easily add a Book Now button to your website. Choose the size and color, copy the code, and paste it into your website.

    • Embed our Patient portal into your website.

  • Patient Portal Customization:

    • Write a welcome message for visitors.

    • Customize the Portal, to have your Logo, Banner and more. Banner size ~775x200 pixels or something near this.
