Patient Portal Scheduling Views

Customize how patients interact with your schedule on the patient portal.

Overview

The patient portal offers two scheduling interface options:

  • Show patients list of appointments: Patients see available slots directly.

  • Have patients choose date first: Patients select a date first and then view available slots.

You can easily switch between these views based on your preferences.


Steps to Change Scheduling Views

  • Navigate to Online Booking Settings

    • Go to Settings > Schedule > Online Booking.

  • Edit Practice-Wide Options

    • Click on Edit practice-wide options to access configuration settings.

  • Select Scheduling Interface

    • Under the Patient Portal scheduling interface, choose between:

      • Show patients list of appointments

      • Have patients choose date first

  • Save Changes

    • Confirm your selection and save the changes.
