Overview
The patient portal offers two scheduling interface options:
Show patients list of appointments: Patients see available slots directly.
Have patients choose date first: Patients select a date first and then view available slots.
You can easily switch between these views based on your preferences.
Steps to Change Scheduling Views
Navigate to Online Booking Settings
Go to Settings > Schedule > Online Booking.
Edit Practice-Wide Options
Click on Edit practice-wide options to access configuration settings.
Select Scheduling Interface
Under the Patient Portal scheduling interface, choose between:
Show patients list of appointments
Have patients choose date first
Save Changes
Confirm your selection and save the changes.
