Key Features of Treatment Summaries
Setup and Customization:
Navigate to Settings > Notes > Treatment Summaries to configure.
Add a default introduction, such as general post-treatment care advice.
Build and save protocols for specific conditions (e.g., tinnitus, IVF post-treatment).
Creating a Treatment Summary:
In the SOAP note section, click Generate New Treatment Summary.
Automatically include patient details (e.g., name, appointment date, practitioner).
Add protocols, recommendations, and custom text for personalized instructions.
Additional Features:
Patient Handouts: Attach PDFs or JPEGs (e.g., recipes, referral forms) from your handouts library.
Recommendations: Include specific prescriptions or supplements with dosage details.
Future Appointments: Display upcoming appointments in a clear list format.
Sharing and Accessibility:
Summaries can be emailed directly to the patient or printed for in-person handouts.
Patients can access their summaries anytime via the patient portal under their account.
