Common situations:
Account Creation with Existing Email
Situation: If a patient's email is already linked to a chart in the software, and they attempt to create a new account with the same email, a notification will pop up informing them of the duplicate use.
Solution: Request a registration email using the "Request registration email" link on the email. Our practitioners receive a notification to assist with this process.
Data Verification Errors
Situation: When verifying their account, patients must enter information exactly as it appears in their existing chart. Errors can occur if there are discrepancies.
Solution: We recommend that patients contact their practitioner to verify or correct the information in the chart, it's common to make mistakes so it's always good to double check .
Missed Registration Completion
Situations: Some patients may overlook the "You are not done!" alert, which indicates that they must check their email to complete their registration and book their appointment.
Solution: Always ensure that you check your email and follow the instructions to complete your registration.
