Global search:

You can search for a patient chart from anywhere in the app using the global search feature, click and type in the name of the patient.

Searching in the “Patient List”:

Staff can search for patients by entering any of the following details:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Middle name

  • Email

  • Username

  • Phone number

  • Patient city

Using Filters:

Apply handy filters to narrow your search and view patient counts at the top.

Patient Status:

  • All patients are set to "active" by default.

  • You can designate patients as "Inactive" and assign your own meaning to this status.

Blocking Patients:

  • Blocking a patient prevents them from booking online.

  • If a staff member tries to book a blocked patient from the office, they’ll be alerted about the patient’s status but can override it to schedule an appointment.

  • Note that patients can be blocked from online booking with certain staff members but not with others.

This ensures that managing patient access and appointments is flexible and tailored to your needs.
