Visit here to see what permissions each role type is given. “Administrators” are top dogs and “Practitioners” have special permissions like creating intakes and prescriptions. “Managers” have more permissions than “Front office” roles and then there’s the roles of “Biller” and “Inventory” that are available.
You’ll likely never “create a role” but that’s an option if you so desire. Roles are given to staff in the Settings>Practice>Staff page.
