Overview

The Practice > Staff section is where administrators manage staff roles, permissions, and practitioner details in AcuBliss. It is essential to assign the correct roles to ensure that staff have appropriate access levels within the software. Administrators can also add or deactivate staff, manage contact information, and set up practitioner notifications.

Key Features:

  • Role Assignment and Permissions:

    • Only Administrators have access to this section.

    • Assign appropriate roles to each staff member to ensure they have the right permissions.

  • Practitioner Notifications:

    • The Phone and Email fields are used for sending practitioner notifications, ensuring timely communication.

  • Adding/Deactivating Staff:

    • Administrators can add unlimited support staff or purchase additional licenses for practitioners ($25/practitioner).

    • To add staff, click the "+" button and fill in their details. You can set up a username and password, which can later be changed by the staff member after logging in.

    • Deactivate staff if you've reached the maximum number for your practice and need to add more.

Managing staff effectively ensures smooth operation of your practice, with controlled access and communication.
