Overview
Acubliss offers an integrated labeling system for managing product labels across your inventory. By setting up label printing, you can efficiently track prescriptions and products, improving your workflow and patient experience.
Setting Up Label Printing
Access Product Labels:
Go to Settings > Inventory to reach the Product Label setup page.
Recommended Printers:
Brother QL800 and Dymo LabelWriter are both compatible. Choose one based on your needs. Links for the correct labels for these printers are also provided to ensure compatibility.
Note: Ensure label size matches your bottles and printer settings.
Printer Connectivity:
Use a USB-C cable if you’re using a modern computer. You can also network label printers for wireless use.
Printer Settings:
If there are green checkboxes next to setup items, you’re ready to go.
Otherwise, make sure each label section fits within 32 characters. This may require simplifying information like zip codes.
Using Labels in Patient Charts
Patient Prescription Numbers: Each patient receives a unique number for each prescription. For example, “#73” helps patients and your staff quickly identify products.
Dosage Information: Prescriptions, including dosage (e.g., “7 grams, 3 times a day”), print automatically, ensuring all necessary instructions are present.
Printing Raw Herb Instructions
For raw herbs, you can customize cooking instructions to print on the back of the formula label. This can be done through the Recommendations page in a patient’s chart or from a note.
Prescription Labels and Customization
Create and Customize Labels:
From the Prescriptions page, select a product (e.g., “Adrenal Plus”) and input dosage.
Add additional details in two lines of 32 characters each.
Printing Options:
Labels can be printed on sheets or individual rolls. Configure print size (e.g., “2.4” for Brother, “2.127x2.75” for Dymo) under More Settings.
Reusable Settings:
Acubliss remembers previous label sizes and settings, making repeated printing fast and convenient.
Why Use Product Labels?
Efficiency: Label numbers help patients and staff quickly identify products.
