Getting Started

All details are displayed so you can verify them in "Settings">"Inventory">"Product Labels".

Recommended Printers:

Brother

We recommend the Brother QL-800, which supports 2.4" paper rolls (DK-2205). It’s a reliable option for professional-looking labels.

DYMO

The DYMO 550 and DYMO 550 Turbo printers are excellent choices. They use 2.127" x 2.75" labels.

Brother:

DYMO:

DYMO 550 Series Labels (2.127"x2.75") - You must purchase the original Dymo labels, do not purchase aftermarket labels for these printers.

Tip: If your computer only has USB-C ports, consider purchasing a USB-C printer cable.

After hitting "Print Label", you can select "More settings" and then select the label size and choose "fit to printable area" for the Scale option. Your printers settings will be remembered for next time.
