Overview
Room tracking allows you to manage appointments across multiple rooms in one or more offices. Configure room settings, assign services, and customize scheduling views to enhance workflow efficiency.

Setting Up Rooms
Add Rooms:
Navigate to Settings > Schedule > Room Assignment.
Specify the number of rooms for each office.
Assign Room Names:
Name your rooms (e.g., Acupuncture 1, Massage 3).
Label rooms based on services offered, if applicable.
Define Services Per Room:
Select which services are available in each room.
Unchecked services will not be scheduled in that room.
Managing Room Assignments
Auto Assign Appointments:
The system automatically assigns appointments to available rooms.
You can override and reassign manually as needed.
View and Modify Assignments:
Access the daily schedule to see room assignments.
Use the gear icon to toggle between room view and practitioner view.
Adjust Room Settings on Appointments:
Click on the room listed in an appointment to reassign it to another room.
Patient Portal Integration
Appointments booked via the patient portal will be automatically assigned to rooms based on availability and service compatibility.
Customization Options
Enable room-specific columns in the daily schedule view for better tracking.
Configure settings to accommodate multiple practitioners or office locations.
