Drawing index

Enhance your Practitioner Notes with a customizable drawing index, allowing you to easily add, modify, and upload your own templates.

Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

We provided an amazing drawing index feature that can be added to Practitioner Notes, offering flexibility to visually annotate within notes. By default, the drawing index is included in your Initial Note, but you can add it to any other note format by editing the note template. The index allows practitioners to draw directly over it, making note-taking more comprehensive and personalized.

Key Features:

  • Add Drawing Index: Go to Settings > Notes > Practitioner Notes, edit the note, and select the drawing index from the right-hand bar to include it in your notes.

  • Customizable Templates: Change the drawing template by clicking Upload Image within the index. The browser remembers your last uploaded image location, streamlining the process across multiple notes.

  • Default on Initial Note: The drawing index is automatically included in your Initial Note but can be added to any other note template as needed.

Future Updates

Future Template Library: We are working on a "Library of Drawing Templates" to make selecting and changing drawing templates even easier. Practitioners will also have the opportunity to contribute their templates to the library.
