Knowing what staff member did what is essential for building trust in a medical practice, and this is why there’s an audit log. Find it in the settings under Practice, you can search with any keyname such as patient name, record number, or username and narrow down the search by selecting a date range. You likely won’t need this feature often, but it’s there when you do.
