You finished the wizard — here's what comes next
The setup wizard is designed to get you started quickly. It walks you through the most important foundational settings so you can hit the ground running. But it's intentionally a simplified, one-time walkthrough — not a complete picture of everything AcuBliss can do for your practice.
Once the wizard is complete, the real configuration begins. The goal from here is to get curious about the settings.
How to navigate your settings pages
Every setting found in the wizard lives inside a dedicated "settings" page — and those pages go much deeper. Here's how to work through them:
Click into Settings from the main navigation.
Go through each settings page one by one.
Read the short description at the top of each page — it explains exactly what that page does.
Click the blue Edit buttons to configure, add, or modify anything that applies to your practice.
The pages include a Watch Video button — these are there if you want a guided walkthrough, but most users won't need them for every page.

Pages that need your attention
Not every settings page will require action! Many are already configured with sensible defaults right out of the box. But a few pages are important to visit and configure for your specific practice.
Policies — This is one of the most important pages to complete. You will need to copy and paste your Informed Consent to Treatment and your HIPAA Notice into the text fields provided. AcuBliss uses this to prompt your patients to review and sign these documents before their appointments. Don't skip this one.
Patient Portal — Visit this page to customize the patient-facing experience. You can add a welcome message for new patients, adjust what patients can see and do, and tailor the portal to reflect your practice's personality.
Services — If you need to add, edit, or remove any of your services at any time, come directly to this page. You do not need to re-enter the wizard to do this.
Staff — Need to add a new team member or update an existing one? Head to the Staff settings page directly.
Procedures — If you provide superbills to patients, set up your superbill template here. There is a detailed walkthrough video on this page that covers everything you need. You'll need to enter your "fee schedule" - how much you charge for CPT Procedures codes..
Integrations — This page is where you can turn on powerful add-ons and connected tools. It's worth a look to see what's available and decide what fits your workflow.
Inventory — If you sell products or supplements in your practice, this is where you manage them. This page also has information on compatible label printers if you'd like to print product labels.
Pages you likely won't need to touch right away
A lot of thought went into making AcuBliss work well out of the box. There are several pages that most practitioners won't need to visit unless they want to:
Acupuncture Points — This page is pre-loaded and ready to use. You don't need to configure anything here. However, if you have acupuncture points you use regularly, you can "favorite" or star them on this page so they surface more quickly during treatment documentation.
Memberships — Only relevant if you offer membership plans to patients. If you don't, you can skip this entirely.
Coupons and Gift Cards — If you don't offer coupon codes or e-gift cards, there's nothing to set up here. If you do, this is where you create and manage them.
A note on the setup wizard
The wizard is a one-time experience by design. After you complete it, you won't need to return to it — and we'd encourage you not to try to use it to make changes going forward. Everything in the wizard is accessible directly through the relevant settings page, and those pages give you far more control and flexibility than the wizard does.
If you ever need to get back into the wizard before you've finished it, click the Settings button once in the main navigation and you'll see a link to return to it.
The best thing you can do right now is click on the "settings" button once and work your way through the pages. You don't need to configure everything in one sitting — take your time, explore, and make AcuBliss your own. We like to say, "Get curious about the settings pages, they allow you to practice the way you want!"
