Create flexible monthly memberships for patients with discounts and recurring charges.

Overview

Memberships offer a convenient way to provide patients with recurring services and product discounts while automating monthly payments. Customize the plan details, such as service limits, rollovers, and pricing, to fit your needs.

Creating and Managing Memberships

  • Access Membership Settings:

    • Navigate to Settings > Billing > Memberships.

    • Click the blue Add Membership button.

  • Build Your Membership Plan:

    • Name: Create a unique name for the membership.

    • Product Discounts: Specify a percentage (e.g., 15%) or leave blank for no discount.

    • Services: Add services (e.g., 4 follow-up treatments per month). Adjust values or offer a monthly discount.

  • Rollover Control:

    • None: No unused services roll over (default).

    • All Services: Unused services roll over entirely.

    • Partial: Allow a limited number of services to roll over (e.g., one).

  • Extra Service Pricing:

    • Set reduced rates for additional services beyond the monthly limit.

  • Finalize Membership:

    • Add additional services, like massages, with unique pricing and discounts.

    • Set the monthly charge and save the membership.


Activating and Managing Patient Memberships

  • Subscribe Patients:

    • Go to a patient’s profile.

    • Select Memberships, choose the desired plan, and activate it.

    • Services can be adjusted and tracked directly in the patient’s account.

  • Payment Processing:

    • Membership charges are automatically deducted monthly.

    • View financial snapshots to track service usage and remaining benefits.

  • Deactivating Memberships:

    • Memberships can be deactivated at any time through the patient’s account.
