Overview
This feature allows you to automate sending Patient Health Forms (PHF) or custom indexes to patients based on their scheduled appointments. Automations streamline the process, ensuring the right forms are sent without manual effort.
Setting Up Automations:
Navigate to Settings > Notes to select either single indexes or full Patient Health Forms to automate.
Click the Actions button and choose Automations from the dropdown.
In the Automations page, check off which services will trigger the automation and how often it will occur:
Only on initial visits
On all visits
After a specified number of visits
Customizing Automations:
You can create multiple automations for the same service, ensuring tailored health forms or indexes are sent at the right intervals. A label will indicate which PHF has an automation set up for easy identification.
This feature simplifies form management and ensures patients receive the necessary health forms at the appropriate times.
