Overview
Specialty formulas are custom formulas that you can create and prescribe repeatedly. They streamline the process of prescribing specific formulas to patients by allowing you to save them for future use. You can either create a specialty formula directly from the patient chart or add it to your formulas list for later access.
How to Create a Specialty Formula:
Click “Add specialty formula”.
Enter the formula name and search for the herbs that make up the formula.
Input the quantity for each ingredient.
Use the “Proportionate to” option to adjust the formula for larger or smaller batches.
You can also add patent formulas, which can be modified into new formulas later.
Specialty formulas simplify repeat prescriptions, allowing for easy adjustments and consistent patient care.
