Overview

Importing your product inventory into Dynabliss is a simple process. This guide will walk you through the steps to easily upload product information, including vendor, manufacturer, and stock details, into our system.

Steps to Import Products:

Follow these steps to import your product data:

Step 1: Download the Spreadsheet

  • Go to the Import Product section on the product page.

  • Download our pre-formatted spreadsheet template.

Step 2: Fill in the Data

  • Copy and paste your product data into the spreadsheet.

  • Important: Do not change the column order or delete any columns.

  • Some columns require specific values that must be selected from a dropdown menu (e.g., product type). Ensure these are filled in correctly.

  • Use "Pre-filled" content provided where applicable instead of entering your own data.

Step 3: Import Your Data

  • Once the data is entered, save the spreadsheet.

  • If you're using Google Sheets, download the file in Microsoft Excel format:
    File > Download > Microsoft Excel.

  • Upload the file to AcuBliss by following the instructions in the Import section.

Important Notes

  • You must use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to edit the spreadsheet.

  • Do not use Apple's Numbers app, as it may not maintain the correct format.

  • Ensure the spreadsheet's formatting remains unchanged; do not add, erase, or rearrange columns.
