Overview
Notes go through two stages: "Tentative" and "Finalized." Tentative notes are editable and can be deleted, while finalized notes are locked from further editing. However, even after finalization, amendments can still be made.

These notes are still in progress and can be edited or deleted as needed.
Finalized:
Once a note is finalized, it cannot be edited or deleted. However, amendments can be added to update information without modifying the original content.
