Overview
Patient tags contain personal or sensitive information, so they remain hidden until you hover over the tag icon. This ensures privacy while keeping important details accessible.
The color of the tag icon indicates its status:
Grey: No tags or internal notes.
Blue: Tags and internal notes are available.
You can find the tag icon in all lists where patient names appear, including the Home page Appointments list.
On the Home page you can view the tags right next to the appointments by checking off the "Show all tags and Notes" checkbox.
