Start by going to Products>Vendors. Uncheck the “Hide inactive vendors / manufacturers” checkbox, and take a look at the list of vendors being displayed and “Activate” the vendor you wish to use for your practice. By activating, your practice will be populated with a list of all available products from this vendor, for you to order and prescribe to your patients. Please take time to review and complete this page in detail to ensure smooth management of your inventory and prescriptions. 

Once you click the “Activate vendor/manufacturer” button, products belonging to this vendor will be available for you to prescribe or sell to your patients. 

Let’s quickly jump to the Products page and see the products there. You may need to filter by vendor to see the products. Now you can set your cost, retail price, and quantity on hand for each product and you’re good to go!

Products can be “starred” by hitting the star icon to the left of a product and they can also be “deactivated,” allowing you to filter the products you prescribe more easily. 

Don’t see a Vendor you use? Would you like their products “baked into” the app? Please email and/or call up the company and tell them to get in touch with us! We’d love your support to gently encourage these companies to provide their data to us. It’s free advertising for them and helps you practitioners a bunch!
