AcuBliss takes security seriously, so important edits to a patient chart by the patient from the portal such as their name, date of birth, address, insurance information, all need to be “reviewed” by you or a staff member before they are integrated into their chart. This provides an additional human layer of confirmation so the patient is not directly editing their chart for these most important demographics. You’ll see alerts in the patient’s chart where you can “review” this information and decide if you want to allow the changes.
