The “Health History Summary”

The “Health History Summary”

The patient’s “Health History Summary” (HHS) is where all of their health data is aggregated and once you have your patient up and running, you’ll notice this information is displayed here on the left side and also here on the right side by hitting the HHS tray in the lower right side of their chart.

Conveniently the HHS is available on every page of the patient’s chart and up at the top, there’s the ability to record a “communication” that goes into the patient’s chart.

The patient’s list of “problems” you are treating is shown next and you can quickly show each one at a time or expand them all at the same time to see how their health concerns have evolved over time.

Pay special attention to the “Sort by date” and “Sort by Index” buttons. Each view provides a new perspective. Sort by index (our favorite) will allow you to see what’s happened over time with key markers like their “problems”, “stools”, ‘sleep”, “medications”, “TCM diagnosis”, etc…….

Tentative Intakes, Rx’s and communication notes are shown in red and finalized ones appear clear. The data from the last 14 encounters will be shown and click the “load more” button at the bottom to load the next batch of data.

A user can search for keywords such as the name of a product or a ‘diagnosis.’
