A specialty formula is a formula of your creation that you may want to prescribe again and again. You can create them here to be prescribed later and you can also create them within a patient chart and they will be shown here. Get started by clicking the “Add specialty formula” button. Type in the name and select or search for the herbs that comprised your formula. Type in the quantity for each ingredient. Use the “Proportionate to’ box to calculate for a bigger or smaller batch of your formula. You might choose to add “patent formulas” here so that they can be prescribed and modified as new formulas.
