Signing Policies & entering demographics

You want your patients to give you their information online here, and they are presented with the opportunity to do so after they create an appointment or log in for the first time. A single step starts things off, where they can give you the most important information and then view and sign your office policies, informed consent to treatment and HIPAA privacy policy.

If they are a guardian of a minor, or representative of a person with disabilities, they may note this and sign the documents for the patient.

They can give you some other information such as their occupation, treating physician, whether another person will be taking care of the bills, and even a separate address for mailing herbs or supplements.

Instead of printing invoices for patients or emailing them through unsecured methods, you can direct patients to view, print and download them in this patient portal. A list of their upcoming appointments is shown with a reminder of your cancellation policy at the top. In addition to the section on every page, they can view the list and manage their appointments here.
