Practitioner Notifications
Notifications are emails and text messages that help remind patients of new appointments, changes to appointments, cancelled appointments and reminders of upcoming appointments. Please note that notifications for new appointments, changes, or cancellations are sent 10 minutes after they are made to ensure that the changes you made are final.
You the practitioner can get these email and/or text notifications and they are configured in Settings>Calendar>Practitioner Notifications. Notice how you can choose not to get notifications when you make new appointments or change them yourself, same goes with not wanting waiting list appointments. Please note that no Protected Health Information is included in these notifications.
