Practice>Staff

This page is accessible only to “Administrators” and is self explanatory. Make sure they are given the correct role so they have the appropriate level of permissions within the software. 


The “Phone” and “email” fields are used for “practitioner notifications”. 


You can have as many support staff as you need and additional practitioners are $15/practitioner. Administrators may add them by clicking on the “+” button at the top of the Staff page and filling out the details. If they are present, they may choose their “username” and “password” and if not, an administrator may choose this for them, and the staff member should be advised to change the password after logging in for the first time. 


If you have surpassed the number of staff for your practice, you may “deactivate” staff members and add more. If you’d like to add a practitioner, simply purchase additional licenses for them at our reasonable cost.
