This ‘must-attend-to section’ has a place for your practice name, email, website and logo, but also very importantly, you’ll want to configure your “Patient forms, header and footer” so that all invoices, superbills, and medical records will show your logo, and whatever you choose to write here. We strongly suggest you add your practice name, and contact information, address, so this important information appears in all of your forms.  


Your “Patient Portal” landing page has a special “Practice Information” page where all sorts of valuable information is displayed. Here you can write a “Welcome message” for visitors and also upload any documents that your patients and prospective patients may download, such as “New patient forms” for those that might have difficulty using the portal due to a disability or impairment. Or you might want to upload valuable handouts they may download. 


Add a Book Now button by selecting the size and color and then hit the “copy code to clipboard” and add it to your website. Please note that you may also do this by creating a button in your website (saying whatever you like, such as “Schedule Appointment”) and then copy the link to your patient portal landing page.
