Patient Notifications

After signing their forms, they are asked if they will allow your practice to send them notifications and if so, the default options you have set up in Settings>Calendar>Patient Notifications are shown and they can choose “yes” or “no” to each of them as they wish. Please note that we help you to respect their privacy by not allowing any staff member to enable a patient notification that the patient has previously said “no” to. So if a patient has said “no” to notifications, they must log into the portal and change the answer to “yes”, a staff member cannot do this for them.
