Dealing with errors on the calendar

All of the settings you have configured give AcuBliss a lot of power to help manage your schedule, preventing mistakes and overbookings.


When an appointment doesn’t conform to the scheduling “rules” you have configured, you will see a red exclamation point ! on an appointment indicating there’s an error.



With the “Validate this appointment against calendar rules upon saving” checkbox checked, the appointment configurations are checked against
  1. your availability in the office
  2. whether you perform the service in the office
  3. the number of rooms available and
  4. any other constraints such as limits on how many daily services you can perform or whether the office is closed.

If an error pops up, the reason will be displayed and you can correct it.




If you’d like to override the error, you can uncheck the “Validate this appointment against calendar rules upon saving” checkbox and it will save the appointment.
