Cancelling & Rescheduling appointments

Their appointments are shown in the lower left and they can quickly inform the office if they cannot attend the appointment and reschedule the appointment or cancel it. If they cancel, they are asked why and this is an optional field. If they cancel within the office cancellation policy as you defined in Settings>Practice>Policies, they are given the following message: “Warning! You have been charged a fee before for cancelling an appointment within the cancellation policy hours.”
