Managing appointment cancellations can be stressful so it’s nice to know the history of a patient’s missed appointments while communicating with them.


AcuBliss will show you how many appointments they have:
  1. Attended (in green)
  2. Cancelled outside of your cancellation policy (in gray)
  3. Cancelled within the cancellation policy (light red)
  4. Whether the appointment was a “no show,” (dark red) or
  5. How much in “missed appointment fees” were charged to patients (in green)



If you allow one missed appointment before they are charged a fee, we’ll also keep track of this for you. 




Deleting an appointment in a “series” of recurrent appointments? We’ll show you all of the future appointments so you can determine which ones are to be removed from the schedule. 





If you’re charging a fee for late cancellations or missed appointments, you can quickly bill them and collect payment.





You can also waive these fees by selecting the appropriate options on this window. 




And if you made a mistake or don’t want to track the deletion, hit the first option and it will be erased with no record.
