Calendar Settings > Service Availability

In order for patients to be scheduled, you must configure, for each practitioner, which service is offered, and in which office.

You do that here in the “Service Availability” section.

Decide whether or not you want to allow a service to be offered at the same time as another service.

While you won’t be able to massage two people at once, perhaps you might want to allow concurrent services such as Acupuncture to be allowed after so many minutes.

Hour-long acupuncture visits offered concurrently after 30 minutes would allow you to see one at 1pm and a second at 1:30pm, for example.

Allowing hour-long acupuncture concurrency after 15 minutes would allow a treatment to be started every 15 minutes.

Set a limit if you like for how many services are offered by the practitioner per day, such as limiting 90-minute massages to 4 per day, for example, so you don’t overwhelm someone’s schedule
