Blocking out time

While managing your “availability” blocks is the primary way you can block out time in your schedule


you may need to close an entire office, and if you’re the only practitioner working in the office, this is the same as making yourself unavailable.




You might want to close an office to let everyone in the office know of an upcoming vacation when the office will be closed, or repair work will be performed. 

Go to the “triangle” to the right of the “availability” button on the calendar to see the option to close an office.
