To set up superbill capabilities, first make sure you have services, service pricing, and the procedures "fees" configured. Then come here to "Edit TOS fees" where you will choose which "treatments" and CPT codes commonly match up to the services that you provide. Configure your TOS fees and treatments so that each box turns green and the prices match. By putting in some effort to this right now, in the future, billing will be a breeze!
