“All Appointments” List

This list shows all of the appointments in your schedule and you can sort by

  1. date “last modified” or
  2. the date and time of the appointment itself.



1st and 2nd appointment reminder notifications are shown as “dispatched”, or “disabled by patient.” 




Open the appointment details by clicking anywhere on the appointment itself. You can also delete or check in the appointment here as well.

For your reference, you’ll see a floating red line that corresponds to the current time of the day. 




Note that when you land on this page, the default date range in which appointments are shown is the day before today and two months in the future. This can be changed if you’d like to view appointments outside this time window. You can also search by patient name or filter by treating practitioner or office. “Reset” the filters when needed.
