You've got an iPad, or your patients do. We're proud that our software works equally well on all devices.
Good news, all iPads are supported except those from 2012 and before.
The Base iPad from 2012 can only update to iPadOS 10.3.4 so it is not supported.
Head over to Settings>General>Software Update on your iPad and make sure to update to the latest version.
If needed, you can even guide your patients to do this. We're proud to be supporting iPads older than 10 years old, but they'll need to have the most recent operating system.
The app works great on phones, tablets and desktops/laptops. We're mobile friendly 😊
