Overview
Duplicating a note is a convenient way to start a new Note using previous data. This allows you to save time by reusing relevant information while making necessary updates.
Steps to Duplicate a Note:
From the Notes list, select the note you wish to duplicate.
Choose specific parts of the Note to duplicate or use the "select all" option.
Amend the duplicated fields to fit the new intake.
Additional Features:
You can also duplicate directly when starting a fresh Note. However, the option to duplicate disappears after you've begun modifying a new Note.
This feature allows for easy data reuse while providing flexibility in what information gets copied over.
