Integrating Stripe with Acubliss
To integrate with Stripe:
Go to Settings.
Select Practice.
Click on Integrations.
Click the blue button that says Connect with Stripe and follow the instructions.
Benefits of Using Stripe
Online Payments: Charge your customers online.
Store Customer Information: Store customer credit card information in their file. Credit cards can have nicknames.
Online Bill Payment: Customers can pay their bills online.
Memberships and Recurring Charges: Activate memberships and create recurring charges for customers.
Ease of Payment Collection: Simplifies the process of collecting payments from users.
Patients can purchase packages from the portal, eGift cards, see their balances, get "balance due" reminders.
Stripe Credit Card Reader
Stripe benefits and fees:
Manual Card Entry and Stored Cards: Acubliss allows you to accept credit card payments online securely. With manual card entry or patients storing cards on file, Stripe will charge 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge.
Using Stripe Readers: Purchase the Stripe Reader S700 and connect it through WiFi to tap, chip, or swipe cards, with Stripe charging 2.7% + 5¢ per successful card charge with the reader. Alternatively, use the Stripe BBPOS WisePOS Reader, both of which work perfectly with Acubliss.
Connecting a Stripe Account: Connect a new or existing Stripe account to our software. Use the email associated with your Stripe account during setup.

Adding the Stripe Card Reader:
To add a terminal to your Stripe account, follow these steps:
Log in to the dashboard
Go to Payments > Terminal, and place your order
Once received, add your 'location' and then add your terminal to your location for a seamless setup.
Disconnecting Stripe:
If your Stripe account is currently connected with Acubliss and you wish to disconnect, log in to your Stripe Dashboard or click the button to disconnect your Stripe account from our software.
