Did you know that AcuBliss practitioners can unlock a full library of professional chiropractic and orthopedic forms — the very same forms built into our ChiroBliss software — for just $30/month added to your existing AcuBliss plan?

These forms were developed by a licensed chiropractor who invested over 400 hours building out a comprehensive, clinically rigorous form library. Rather than requiring you to subscribe to both platforms, we simply charge the price difference — so you get the full ChiroBliss form library added right into your AcuBliss practice at a fraction of the cost.

How to Request the Upgrade

Getting started is easy. Just reach out to our support team and let us know you'd like the ChiroBliss orthopedic forms added to your account. We'll take care of the rest.

To request the add-on:

  1. Click the chat bubble in the bottom corner of your AcuBliss dashboard

  2. Send us a message saying you'd like to add the ChiroBliss orthopedic form library

  3. Our team will enable the add-on and confirm the $30/month pricing adjustment

Message us and say you'd like the Chiro/Ortho Forms, that's it.

How the Forms Work

Once enabled, you'll see a new "Add Form" button in your charting workflow. From there, you can browse forms by body region or type. For example, clicking on Shoulder will display all available orthopedic exams for the shoulder — with both a Simple and Detailed version of each.

  • Additional supporting forms where applicable
