Overview
Fullscript is a free integration that lets you prescribe professional-grade herbs and supplements directly from a patient's chart. Once you send a recommendation, patients can pay online and have products drop-shipped to their door — and you automatically receive a percentage of each order in your bank account.
It's a great option if you want to expand what you offer patients without managing physical inventory. Fullscript carries a massive catalog of products you'd be unlikely to stock yourself.
Setting Up the Integration
Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect with Fullscript.
Existing Fullscript account — Sign in with your credentials.
No account yet — Follow the new account flow directly on the Fullscript screen.
Once logged in, agree to Fullscript's terms of use and the integration is live. That's all there is to setup.
Prescribing from the Recommendations Page
Open any patient chart and navigate to the Recommendations page. Click Add Recommendation with Fullscript to open the Fullscript panel.
Confirm the patient is selected at the top of the panel.
Search for a product — for example, Liquiplex 2 from Standard Process — and add it to the recommendation.
Set the frequency, duration, and any dispensing instructions.
Add any notes for the patient.
Click Send Recommendation when you're ready. You can also Preview before sending, add more products, or delete the draft.
After sending, a Fullscript Orders section appears in the patient chart showing all current and past recommendations.
Prescribing from a SOAP Note
You can also prescribe directly while charting. Inside any note, scroll down to the Supplement & Product Recommendations section and click the blue Add Recommendation with Fullscript button.
The same Fullscript panel opens — you can search for products, favorite commonly used items, access product resources, and review the patient's full recommendation history all from within the note.
What Patients See
All Fullscript recommendations are visible to patients in the patient portal. Patients also have their own Fullscript account where they can view recommendations, place orders, and pay by credit card directly from their phone. Products ship straight to their home.
💡 Good to know: You earn a commission on every Fullscript order placed through your account. The proceeds are deposited automatically — no manual steps required on your end.
